Activity Fees

  • The Student Activity Fee for 2023 is $350.00. [*2023-24 budget still to be approved]  If your student is a band manager, the activity fee is $100.00.   The fee is deducted from the student accounts.  If a negative balance is reflected, the activity fee may be paid all at once or in four installments.   Activity fees are due:  June 28 ($150), July 19 ($100), Aug 16 ($100).

  • Payment can be made by cash or check to the Association (PTBPA). Credit card payments can also be made with a 3% fee.  We also offer Venmo for those that are interested (@Penn-Trafford-Bands).  If you wish to pay your activity fee by credit card please contact our President or Treasurer.  There is a 3% convenience fee for payments made by credit card.  The fee covers expenses such as instruction, banquet, t-shirts, water, popsicles, feed the band etc.  You can use your student account if you have a positive balance.  The student account may not be used to pay for additional items (gloves, shirts, etc.), tickets, trip payments, etc. until the activity fee is paid in full and the balance reflects a positive amount.  Should a member not fulfill the activity fee payments, he/she may not be able to participate in band events.
