Activity Fees

The Student Activity Fee for 2024 Marching Band Season is $350.00.
 

  • Activity fees are due:

    • July 10 ($100)

    • July 24 ($125)

    • August 7 ($125)

  • Payment can be made by cash or check to the Association (PTBPA).

  • We also offer Venmo for those that are interested (@Penn-Trafford-Bands). 

  • Credit card payments can also be made with a 3% fee. 

  • If you wish to pay your activity fee by credit card please contact our President or Treasurer.  There is a 3% convenience fee for payments made by credit card.  The fee covers expenses such as instruction, banquet, t-shirts, water, popsicles, feed the band etc. 
     

  • You can use your student account to pay the activity fee if you have a positive balance. 

  • Until the activity fee is paid in full the student account may not be used to pay for additional items (gloves, shirts, etc.), tickets, trip payments, etc.. 


Please note: Should a member not fulfill the activity fee payments, he/she may not be able to participate in band events.
