Activity Fees
The Student Activity Fee for 2024 Marching Band Season is $350.00.

Activity fees are due:

July 10 ($100)

July 24 ($125)

August 7 ($125)

Payment can be made by cash or check to the Association (PTBPA).

We also offer Venmo for those that are interested (@Penn-Trafford-Bands).

Credit card payments can also be made with a 3% fee.

If you wish to pay your activity fee by credit card please contact our President or Treasurer. There is a 3% convenience fee for payments made by credit card. The fee covers expenses such as instruction, banquet, t-shirts, water, popsicles, feed the band etc.

You can use your student account to pay the activity fee if you have a positive balance.

Until the activity fee is paid in full the student account may not be used to pay for additional items (gloves, shirts, etc.), tickets, trip payments, etc..
Please note: Should a member not fulfill the activity fee payments, he/she may not be able to participate in band events.
